Ted Danson & Casey Coates: $30 Million
Before he became famous, Cheers lead actor Ted Danson met his second wife Casey Coates. In 1979, Casey had a stroke during giving birth to their firstborn and Danson helped her recover. Unfortunately, Danson’s affair with actress Whoopi Goldberg became public and quickly destroyed their perfect marriage. In the end, the court ruled in favor of Coates and she was paid $30 million in the divorce settlement.
