Clarkson claims that she never did any kind of exercise but instead, she made sure that her day to day meals were all healthy and not fattening.
She said goodbye to any kind of food that was unhealthy and bad for her weight loss goals. Everything she did eventually worked wonders for her because she lost a lot of weight. Although, she has been gaining weight again as of 2019.
