Popular actress Nicole Sullivan, best known for her role on the King of Queens, started having problems with her weight after she became a mother. Since she wasn’t satisfied with her body image and the way she looked, Sullivan decided to do something about it.
She started working out on a regular basis and cut off junk food completely. She eventually got to lose around 35 pounds. Sullivan did, however, let herself have a cheat day once in a while. Having no cheat days might be torture for some, most especially for those who really love eating good food.
