What started as a theater connection in 2004 turned into one of Hollywood’s most charming couples. Neil Patrick Harris, who rose to fame on “Doogie Howser, M.D.” and dazzled as Barney on “How I Met Your Mother,” met David Burtka, a Broadway actor and chef, through mutual friends. Sparks flew, and they started dating that same year.
In 2010, they welcomed twins, Gideon and Harper, via surrogate. They tied the knot in 2014 in Italy, surrounded by friends and Elton John’s music. Both have been vocal supporters of LGBTQ rights and visibility. Their Halloween costumes as a family are legendary and always go viral for all the right reasons.
