Unfortunately, Michael is of the opinion that the movie had an adverse effect on how the public discerned him as a devoted player. In a 2015 interview with ‘ESPN,’ the iconic footballer openly declared that he has no intention to argue or make a case in any way regarding the film.
Still, Michael felt that the audience perceived him differently after watching the film, and this impacted his reputation. We can’t deny that the sports star was incredible when on the field, but the film does an inadequate job of showcasing his brilliance in a way that is both true and compelling.
