After constantly struggling with his weight and unhealthy lifestyle choices, he decided to turn his life around once and for all and adopt a healthier lifestyle by ditching all calorie-filled foods like junk food, fast food, etc.
His new healthier lifestyle saw him eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, and yogurt. It might have been a challenge at first but he just stuck to it and lost an incredible 80 pounds in the end.
