Television personality James Argent has been a regular on TOWIE ever since he made a debut in 2010. Off lately, he has remained in the spotlight for his fuller physique which is said to be a side-effect of stress eating due to personal problems.
Nonetheless, the cast member of Good Morning Britain is now putting his best efforts to get back in shape through a healthy diet and boxing exercise. Perhaps it will take a while before Argent achieves a trimmed body but his hard work has already started paying off, and hopefully, he will be successful in reaching the ultimate target of losing 140 pounds.
