Before they could get back to normal, the mama elephant and her little one had to climb out of a pit. That part was pretty straightforward; the real test was what came next. After being stuck for 11 hours, their group had wandered far off.
Getting back with them wouldn’t be fast, especially since the baby was young and might have trouble keeping up. It wasn’t going to be a speedy reunion, but they were set on making it happen. For now, they took things slow, just focusing on moving ahead. The villagers stood by, hoping for a safe and quick journey for the courageous pair.
