Tempting the Hungry Elephant
The villagers were in luck because some people in the crowd knew just where to get snacks for elephants. They all chipped in and managed to bring in loads of treats they hoped would be irresistible. This collection was what you might call “Elephant Delights.”
The trucks were overflowing with bananas, herbs, veggies, and a bunch of other yummy stuff she adored. Not only was this spread meant to lure her in, but it would also give her the energy boost she needed. Now, they just had to catch her attention. If only they had a huge dinner bell! Everyone was on edge, waiting to see if their idea would pan out.
