A Call From A Random Seller
Like any other day, Carla was at work when the phone rang – which looks like ‘no big deal’ considering the sisters’ success through the years. The caller happened to be an aged woman named Joyce who hesitantly inquired about their service.
At that moment, Carla took the lady as just another prospective seller and gave her an assurance to fetch the best possible price for the deal. She was already under an impression that it might be a regular house and the very second Joyce disclosed her age, her expectation dropped even more.
