As a deadlock had been created, the selling agents started feeling majorly concerned about the internal condition of Joyce’s home. As per their professional experience, a hesitant behavior and unwillingness to sell the property generally implied that the house was in a terrible state, either due to piled up stuff or lack of maintenance.
