Amidst all that, one thing that brought a sigh of relief was the location of the property where it was relatively easy to sell a home at a fairly attractive price. To their delight, the initial value of the house turned out to be around $968K according to the locality.
Although that appeared as a plus point for making a handsome profit, bigger worries occupied their mind regarding the renovation cost and the reactions of buyers on learning about the news that the building was older than 70 years. Here, the problems had just begun for them!
