After being on the British small-screen for more than a quarter of a century, actress Thelma Barlow has truly made a name for herself as an English acting legend.
Playing the role of Mavis Wilton in the series Coronation Street earned her critical acclaim, and even though she is now in her early nineties, she remains a favorite in the soap acting guild. Many people have wondered if Thelma would return to the show’s cast, but according to her, that isn’t something on the cards. According to her, she is not comfortable with the series’ dark storylines.
