Zsalynn Whitworth appeared on the reality TV show called My 600lb Life on TLC and at that time, she weighed 600 pounds in total. She found immense motivation while on the show and decided to go under the knife. After a successful gastric sleeve surgery, Zsalynn also underwent skin removal surgery.
