Something about this scene feels less like wildlife and more like a secret club meeting that got interrupted mid-chant. Dozens of deer turned their glowing eyes toward the camera like they’d been waiting for whoever installed it to finally show up. The spacing, the posture, and the blank expressions speak volumes.
It’s got heavy “you weren’t invited” energy written all over it. Their stillness makes it even more surreal as if the forest had held its breath while they all stared in sync. Not one of them looks confused or surprised, either. They seem aware of what they’re doing, and it’s unsettling in a strangely organized way.
