Amidst three different projects and a pandemic, Nicholas Cage managed to find the love of his life in Riko Shibata. Of all the places, their rendezvous happened in a small Japanese area named Shiba, nearly 6000 miles away from Cage’s homeland!
The National Treasure star might be approaching his sixties, but he surely knows how to put technology to great use. After all, he mailed Shibata an engagement ring from halfway across the world and said, “look, I want to marry you” on a video call. Not so smooth, but Cage did end up tying the knot with her six months later!
