Jared Martin – Pancreatic Cancer
Jared Martin started his career in the theatre circuit with plays like ‘A Night on the Town.’ Entering Hollywood was probably an inevitable move for him, as he was the roommate of director Brian De Palma at Columbia University. Eventually, it was roles like Varian in ‘The Fantastic Journey’ and Dusty in ‘Dallas’ that made him a well-known star.
Like many other actors, the direction bug bit Martin in the later stages of his career, and he even went on to teach filmmaking at a university in Philadelphia. Passing away at the age of 75, he left behind such an extensive body of work.
