James Gandolfini is still cherished by the audiences for his commendable performance in David Chase’s The Sopranos. Years later his death following a severe heart attack, the late star’s memories has been once again revived through his son, Michael Gandolfini.
Call it a coincidence or destiny, the young actor who looks like a twin of his father will be seen playing Tony Soprano in a movie prequel, the character which led James to stardom. Probably it’s the close resemblance between both of them that inspired the makers to cast Michael for the role and what else can be a greater way to pay a tribute to the deceased performer.
