The world recognized Shaun Cassidy’s incredible talent as a musician in the ‘70s with his hit songs such as ‘Hey Deanie.’ Later that decade, he stunned the audience with his charming portrayal as Joe Hardy in the TV series ‘The Hardy Boys Mysteries.’
Having achieved international recognition quite early in life, the teen idol diverted his focus to stage acting and writing. In 2021, after nearly forty years, he performed live on stage during his one-man show titled ‘The Magic of a Midnight Sky.’ Shaun has written and produced several popular projects since, the medical drama television series ‘New Amsterdam’ being one of his latest outings as a writer and an executive producer.
