Tina Turner – 81, $250 million
Tina Turner blew the music world away when she broke out with the hit song What’s Love Got to Do with It. In the ‘60s, Turner found fame through her powerful and naturally beautiful voice. Her husband at the time was Ike Turner, who performed with his wife, and they generated even more attention together!
The couple made music history. Tina released more than 35 albums over the span of her career. With success came sorrow, unfortunately, as, in July 2018, Tina Turner lost her 59-year-old son Craig Turner to suicide. But we can chalk it up to depression, which Tina herself once experienced, and herself had attempted suicide in 1968.
