James Corden is very popular these days for hosting his very own talk show called The Late Late Show with James Corden. Corden was never really stick-thin and he had battled being overweight almost his entire life. At one point, the host reached 315 pounds and that was when he decided to start losing weight once and for all.

Instead of surgeries, Corden just changed his eating habits, cutting off bread and junk food altogether, and started working out on a regular basis. After saying goodbye to 70 pounds, the actor looks so much better than ever. Although, he’s still got a long way to go before he gets his six-pack abs!
