Some travelers struggle to find their suitcase at baggage claim, but anyone who packed light can breathe easy knowing theirs won’t be buried somewhere in a towering luggage mountain similar to this one. It’s a whimsical art installation by Brian Goggin, known to both perplex and amuse weary travelers since 1998.
Anyone traveling with a big family might see this and feel a little too seen. Between grandma’s extra carry-on and the cousin who packed like they were moving, this stack of suitcases would be oddly familiar. If nothing else, it’s a reminder that no matter how much you bring, someone will always out-pack you.
