Derek Carr’s football career was already promising from a young age when he made the high school team. It seems like the champion genes run in the family, following his older brother David Carr’s successful NFL career.
Derek has remained loyal to the Las Vegas Raiders since his first NFL draft in 2014 and the same can be said about his marriage with the stunning Heather Neel. The pair met at a restaurant where Heather worked and exchanged their vows in June 2012. It has been a happily-ever-after kind of story since then! They are now proud parents to three sons.
