The Real Mental Gym Routine
Most people come to the gym to build muscle, but this guy showed up ready to give his forehead a turn. He’s standing tall, casually pressing his skull into the cable machine like it’s just another Tuesday. It’s not clear if he’s going for mental strength, neck gains, or just misunderstood the equipment. Possibly the third one.
Crazy how he looks so focused and completely unbothered. Everyone else is sweating through reps while he’s unlocking a new kind of training plan. It’s not in any workout guide, but maybe that’s the point. Sometimes you’ve got to think outside the bench press.
