Bent Out of Shape, Literally
You know that saying about being bent out of shape? Well, someone took it way too literally. This lifter somehow turned a simple bench press into a full-on backbend, and now it looks like a yoga pose gone wrong. The bar’s loaded, the spotter’s confused, and the arch in that back could probably get its own zip code.
It’s hard to say what the goal was here, but balance clearly wasn’t part of the plan. One misstep and it’s game over—or worse, chiropractor time. Props for effort, but maybe next time stick to lifting the weights instead of folding yourself like a pretzel underneath them.
