She is the daughter of actors Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson. She had her acting debut alongside her mother in the comedy-drama Crazy in Alabama back in 1999.
In more recent times, Dakota is very popular for starring in the Fifty Shades of Grey movies. Her acting career made it easy for her to become a millionaire at a young age. Dakota is set to star in a new movie titled The Peanut Butter Falcon.
