Prince Andrews, the Duke of York, stepped down from his royal duties back in 2019, but still lives in the same house he’s been residing in since 2004. The Duke was granted a 75-year lease with only £1 million as a one-off payment in 2003 because he paid for all the renovations, including an indoor swimming pool, which estimated to about £7.5 million.
The York’s family home is a 30-room palatial property which also hosted the wedding of their youngest daughter, Princess Eugenie, during which her mother posted a photo on social media, giving a sneak peek to the inside of the residence which has green walls and cream carpets.
