Bar Refaeli: Avoided Military Service
With those drop-dead gorgeous looks, this supermodel, businesswoman, and actress has established herself as one of the top-earning celebrities of Israel. Other than that, Bar Refaeli made news when her country’s defense forces raised eyebrows expressing their disappointment on her decision of avoiding the mandatory military service for a celebrity life.
According to Refaeli, though, not enlisting in the army does not carry any regret as she believes that having to serve in the country’s armed forces should be optional. Maybe not everyone agrees to that, but then she has a point there!
