Country music singer and one of the most notable names in the music world Miranda Lambert struggled with being overweight almost her entire life. Food was just something she couldn’t really restrict herself from. Fortunately, there came a time when Lambert finally decided to do something about it and her weight loss transformation was just amazing.
Lambert switched to a healthy and balanced diet and started exercising on a regular basis. Before she knew it, she noticed herself looking slimmer. She apparently lost around 20 pounds and went down to a size six. Although, she seems to be packing on some pounds again these days.
