If you thought Kelly Clarkson would appreciate an invitation to play sports after shedding off 37 pounds, you’re highly mistaken. The singer is no fan of working out. In fact, she did everything but exercise to lose weight.
Kelly has revealed that while she eats everything that she used to, even at her heaviest, she now opts for honey as a sweetener instead of sugar and almond or chickpea flour instead of wheat flour. The American Idol champion, who suffers from Thyroid disease, said that her lifestyle change was more about alleviating the symptoms of her illness than it was about her physical appearance.
