Richard Gere – $47.5 Million, Hamptons
Richard Gere once lived in a very expensive house in the Hamptons. The view the deluxe house has is just beyond breath-taking with its beautiful porch that covers the entire length of this incredible house. Besides having dedicated entertainment areas, the house also includes a professional gym, a basketball court, a fancy fireplace, and an amazing swimming pool.
When Gere placed it on the market, he was first asking $65 million for it but it was later only sold for $47 million. Gere is enjoying family time these days because he and wife Alejandra Silva have welcomed a son in February 2019.
