We all know that LeBron James has a lot of cash to spend and he just spent some of it on a Coconut Grove home in Miami. He initially got the house for $9 million and has decided to put it back on the market for $17 million.

The mansion sits on a half-acre of land and features an infinity pool with a waterfall and custom lights, a dock for two 60-foot yachts, terraces, a movie room, and a master suite. Aside from basketball, it seems like he is also venturing into some acting as he will be starring in Space Jam 2.

Sergey Brin – $13.5 Million, Malibu

As a man worth $100 billion, Sergey Brin’s taste in housing doesn’t disappoint. The American businessman co-founded Google with Larry Page and has been ranked the eighth richest person in the world. A quick tour of his $13.5 million estate is sure proof of what it means to be a billionaire.

Brin’s Malibu mansion sports five bedrooms, and seven bathrooms, all with a tropical atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery. Brin’s got no issues visiting the gym or getting a spa treatment, as the apartment has also got that covered. The villa is just among many other extravagant properties Brin owns, like his Silicon Valley homes worth $20 million, and a dashing $80 million yacht named Dragonfly.

Leonard DiCaprio – $7.1 Million, Los Feliz

Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio is a name known by most, if not all, folks in the world. The American actor’s films have grossed over $7.2 billion, making him one of the highest-paid actors of all time. This fortune has seen him build an impressive property portfolio, with a luxurious Los Feliz Spanish Colonial purchased in 2021 at $7.1 million being his latest addition.

Celebrities like Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Robert Pattinson, and Gwen Stefan previously owned the property. Built in 1928, the home has been redesigned and furnished to give an eclectic vibe and features four bedrooms spread across nearly 5,000 square feet.
