Joe Montana: $35 Million, California
Most football fans would remember Joe Montana rising into fame after his victorious win in a national championship against Notre Dame. He is often called Joe Cool and it definitely says a lot about him. He even owns a cool mansion located in Calistoga California with a total of 500 acres of land and a 9,700-square-foot house. The mansion has vineyards, olive farms, two creeks, and an equestrian center.
However, it was put on the market for $49 million in 2009 but had a decrease in price a year later. After there were no takers, they took it off the market.
