Kevin Durant: $12.05 Million, Malibu
Golden State Warriors member Kevin Durant sure knows what he is doing when it comes to making big investments. His modern mansion in Malibu has such an amazing view that we bet he automatically gets into a good mood whenever he’s there.
Durant’s house was built way back in the 1970s but it went through some serious renovations since then. Yes, the house is super nice but it didn’t come cheap; it actually cost Durant $12.05 million to purchase this magnificent home. We will be seeing more of Durant since he signed with the Warriors again in July 2018.
