When You Thought the Hard Part Was Over
The hike started as a great idea. The fresh air, the adventure, the chance to disconnect—until the guide casually mentions there’s way more ground to cover. Suddenly, the backpack feels heavier, the incline looks steeper, and every muscle is protesting this life choice. That expression says it all. This is the moment reality sets in.
There’s no turning back, no shortcuts, just endless trails ahead. Water is running low, energy is running lower, and yet, somehow, the guide still looks refreshed. Meanwhile, someone is calculating if rolling down the hill is a viable option. The scenery is gorgeous, but right now, all that matters is survival… and a snack.
