Although Nancy Pelosi and her husband have about $20 million worth of properties across the country, one of the Speaker’s primary residences is the 2,325-square-foot condo in Georgetown, Washington DC. One of the major perks of this mansion is the tight security it boasts of, but that’s not the only thing that makes this two-floor living space eye candy.
The 36-unit building has been renovated to include maple cabinetry, granite countertops, high ceilings, and two balconies overlooking the Potomac River. Oh, let’s not forget the swimming pool. Seeing as the high-class property is just a 15-minute drive away from the White House, you can say that this is one convenient location for Pelosi.
