Robert Joseph Dole was a lawyer who served in the US Senate from 1969 to 1996, representing the state of Kansas for almost 27 years. Before that, he had a successful career at the US House of Representatives, where he first found his passion; looking out for the people under his care. Robert was born in Russell, Kansas, where he continued to live until his passing in 2021.
His house, which he shared with his wife, Elizabeth, is a beautiful suburban home. Surrounded by lawns, the brick house is spacious, with many windows to let sunlight in. Dole’s charm is what lit up his home most, and friends and supporters miss him thoroughly.
