When Debbie Dingell, to no one’s surprise, won her late husband John Dingell’s seat at the congressional table in 2015, she continued to occupy his Dearborn home office as a congresswoman. It has always been a special place for her as an actively supportive wife of John’s political career, and it became even more so after he passed away in 2019.
In a heartbreaking incident in the last week of November 2021, the place was broken into, leaving his memorabilia damaged beyond repair. The staff, though uninjured, left them rattled enough for Debbie to question their safety post the event. She has since decided to move to a safer location in Woodhaven for their benefit.

Robert Joseph Dole was a lawyer who served in the US Senate from 1969 to 1996, representing the state of Kansas for almost 27 years. Before that, he had a successful career at the US House of Representatives, where he first found his passion; looking out for the people under his care. Robert was born in Russell, Kansas, where he continued to live until his passing in 2021.

Harris earned her first employment as a district attorney in a California county in 1990, where she began her journey of working towards the welfare of other people.

Kamala’s home is as famous as she is, as it has held vice presidents on its 12-acre estate since 1977.
