Tobey Maguire: $3.3 Million, West Hollywood
Tobey Maguire will forever be remembered for playing Peter Parker a.k.a Spider-Man in the Spider-Man movies back in the 2000s. Maguire lives in a deluxe house in West Hollywood which he reportedly acquired for $3.375 million. The design of the place is very modern and each part of the house is definitely Instagram-worthy.
The place has three bedrooms, a cozy dining room, breakfast bar, and a saltwater swimming pool that measures 48 feet. Maguire works as a producer these days and he is coming up with two new movies called Brittany Runs A Marathon and The Best of Enemies.
