Carly Schroeder: Disney Star Turned Army Girl
There was a time when we all knew Carly for her appearance in Disney’s popular sitcom Lizzie McGuire. Though the star continued working in television shows and films in the later years, the glamor of showbiz industry couldn’t keep her interested for long after she realized her real passion that lied in serving the country.
In Carly’s case, the fact that her younger brother and father have also been a part of the armed forces worked as a major inspiration. There is no denying that the former actress has indeed taken a courageous move and if things go as planned, she will soon be anointed as a Military Intelligence Officer.
