Swimming is one of the best exercises anyone can do, and going for a dip in a swimming pool or an ocean could do you good. However, it is not a wise idea to go swimming if you do not know how to, the risk of drowning is too high that you should not do it.
This guy decided to take matters into his own hands, and instead of getting an instructor or a properly manufactured floater, he chose to make one out of plastic bottles. We have no clue if his makeshift floatation device worked, but his safety protocol is amusing!
