The only time Kate Hudson had suffered from excessive weight gain was when she became a mother. She was believed to have gained over 70 lbs before she gave birth to her first child. Hudson was never really big so she knew that she needed to work her butt off once her child was born.

She later decided to hire a trainer and she became very strict with her eating habits. She eventually lost the excess pounds she gained. Well, it seems that she’s at it again after she’s given birth for the third time in October 2018. But we’re sure getting back to her slim figure will be a piece of cake.
