Pharrell Williams: $16.8 Million – Miami
Pharrell Williams made his initial professional steps in music when he became the lead vocalist of the band N*E*R*D that he formed with his childhood friend, Shay Haley. However, Pharrell became most known for his solo performances and his second album Girl, which was released in 2014 that hit commercial success.
He even became the narrator for the film The Grinch in 2018. Not many know that Pharrell’s earnings do not only come from singing and acting; he is also into designing garments! In 2007, he reportedly purchased a $12.5-million mansion in Miami but sadly listed it five years later for $16.8 million.
