Can you believe that a Michelin star chef like Gordon Ramsay can suffer from low self-esteem? Hard to gulp that fact, right? The reality is, however, he actually felt that way after his weight rose to 250 pounds. Thanks to his wife, the British restaurateur realized the need to work on his body and get back into shape again.

Ramsay then started working out vigorously at least thrice a week and cut out dairy which helped him drop 56 pounds. Now that he is much leaner than before, he makes sure to flaunt those abs by sharing his shirtless beach pictures every now and then.
