Brin’s got no issues visiting the gym or getting a spa treatment, as the apartment has also got that covered. The villa is just among many other extravagant properties Brin owns, like his Silicon Valley homes worth $20 million, and a dashing $80 million yacht named Dragonfly.

Leonard DiCaprio – $7.1 Million, Los Feliz
