Kevin James – 85lbs | High-Intensity Exercise & Good Diet
For Kevin James, tipping the scale at 302 pounds was all the motivation he needed to start losing weight. He first lost 40 pounds in 2011 but then he later made another change in 2012 when he followed a steadfast high-cardio schedule thrice daily. He also started consuming green vegetable smoothies and lots of protein. Forty-five additional pounds came off.
However, by the middle of 2012, he started regaining the weight. Finally, with fresh motivation in 2018, he revealed a 20-pound loss in March and planned to lose 50 more. James played Kevin Gable in TV’s Kevin Can Wait from 2016 to 2018.
