Terry Kilburn – 94, More Than $1 Million
Terry Kilburn began his acting career during the late ‘30s, with his first role being in the movie, A Christmas Carol when he was only 11 years old. Later on, he starred in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Goodbye Mr. Chips, Candida, and Swiss Family Robinson. Additionally, he did Lord Jeff, Andy Hardy Gets Spring Fever with Mickey Rooney, National Velvet, Black Beauty, and A Yank at Eton.
Although very talented, Kilburn made his retirement from the acting world official in 1969, and his last known role was in the film, Lolita. Kilburn became the Meadow Brook Theatre at Oakland University’s artistic director in 1970 up to 1994.
