Celebrity Fitness Trainers Give Advice on Maintaining Fitness Motivation
While it may seem like some of our most favorite celebrities have been gifted with extremely gorgeous genes which result in them having a perfectly sculpted body, that is obviously not the case. Celebrities put hundreds of hours into building up their body, either to fit a role or simply to remain in a physically healthy state.
Regardless, even celebrities need help, which is why they hire some of the best fitness experts in the world to help them achieve their goals. These fitness trainers not only help them devise a great meal plan and exercise routine, but also keep them motivated to go that extra mile and to stick to their regime without missing a single day.
Celebrities put hundreds of hours into building up their body, either to fit a role or simply to remain in a physically healthy state.
For most of us, staying motivated is the most difficult part, which is why we have gathered some of the best advice celebrity trainers have to offer to help you stick to your fitness goals in 2019.
According to Erin Oprea
Having trained Carrie Underwood, who we can all agree is fitness goals, Erin Oprea is of the opinion that your fitness regime must have a fun element to it. If it is not fun, then you would eventually lose interest in it regardless of how beneficial it is for you. Instead of limiting your exercise to the confines of a gymnasium, Oprea recommends involving yourself in physical activities such as playing soccer or swimming.

Also, one reason why many people stray away from their fitness goals is because of guilt. As soon as we make a bad decision with respect to our food intake or our exercise routine, we feel like giving up altogether as our perception of following a perfect routine is shattered.
Oprea believes that we must not let that happen, and the best way to do that is to consider ourselves as human and allow ourselves to make a bad choice every once in a while. However, the important thing is that we get back on track immediately afterwards.
The Founder of Prevail Boxing
This fitness hub hosts the likes of Amanda Seyfried as its coveted customers, which is not surprising considering that this establishment is based in LA. Milan Costich, who is also a trainer in addition to being the founder of Prevail Boxing, is not just trying to build the exterior self of her clients, but instead focuses on what’s inside.
For her, your fitness goals must include activities which make you uncomfortable, ones which improve your self-esteem as well as motivate you to excel in all aspects of your life.
Michael Strahan’s Trainer
Latreal Mitchell, who has trained Michael Strahan among a number of other high-profile clients, believes that you must avoid using the scale at all cost, as your weight will keep going up and down throughout your training period.
If you wish to reduce your weight and keep it there throughout your life, then you must understand that sustainable change will only come after months of dedicated hard work. For example, you can’t become vegan overnight; the correct way is that you slowly start eliminating non-vegan food from your diet with the aim of getting to a point when you can reject a food not because you can’t have it, but because you won’t.
Learn From Noah Neiman
Having influenced the likes of Kendall Jenner and Kevin Hart, Noah Neiman is undoubtedly a big name in the fitness arena. According to him, fitness is that one thing which is universal regardless of who you are or where you have come from, as all it takes to achieve a physically fit state is persistent hard work.
This is why he calls fitness an equalizer, something which eliminates social barriers between people as anyone can achieve a physically fit state and someone with all the money in the world cannot achieve it unless he or she is willing to work hard towards it.
